The Term ‘Four Sisters’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refer to the owner of this website with an address in Gortin, Ture, Muff, Co Donegal. The user/ viewer of this website is referred to as ‘you’ or ‘user’.

Orders
Once we receive payment for your order via Paypal or Shopify Payments we will process your order. If payment fails then your order will not be processed. Please allow 2-3 days for us to process your order. Once we have processed your order we will email you to say your order is on the way.

Fastway deliveries normally take 5-7 days but please allow for additional days during busy periods such as Christmas or during restrictions set due to Covid 19.

Fastway courier service may not deliver over the weekend so this may add delivery time in some cases.

Customs
Should any duty or custom charges be required to deliver your product then this charge is on customer to settle and not on Four Sisters. We are not liable for any duty or customs charges to deliver your products.

Returns
Should you for any reason wish to return your item/s then please return in the original packaging, unopened and undamaged within 28 days of the order date. No returns will be permitted after 28 days. The cost to return any items is on you, the customer. Should the item be opened or damaged then I reserve the right to withhold your payment and I will notify you by email.

Colours
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Quantities
Each is product is sold in single quantities unless otherwise stated.

Our prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to remove or modify any of our products without notice.
